Head Hunting
The recruitment process begins as soon as we receive a detailed job description from our clients. Our headhunting team first reviews our internal database to identify potential candidates. After thorough analysis, our experts shortlist candidates who meet the criteria, and our technical team conducts an additional review before inviting them for a formal interview.
The initial interview includes a brief written assessment, followed by a face-to-face interview with our technical team. India, with its vast talent pool, provides an ideal ground for finding skilled professionals across technical and semi-technical fields.
A key part of our headhunting process is effectively communicating the job details, work environment, and compensation structure to the prospective candidates. This not only ensures we attract the right talent but also strengthens the reputation of our clients as preferred employers.
For wider reach, we may also advertise in leading newspapers to attract candidates who may not be in our database, although we remain mindful of the fact that the best fit might be sourced through direct outreach.
Skill Testing
We work closely with reputable Trade Testing Institutes and Medical Centers to ensure that every candidate possesses the necessary skills and health clearance required for their role. Skilled professionals such as masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, welders, drivers, mechanics, and HVAC technicians are tested under the supervision of experienced engineers. Each candidate’s performance is carefully evaluated and graded to ensure they meet the required standards, with ratings such as “A+” indicating excellence.
Visa Processing & Mobilization
For many Gulf countries, a medical examination is required prior to visa processing. Once candidates pass their medical tests, our visa processing specialists take over, managing all the necessary paperwork and requirements to secure their visas in a timely manner.
Deployment
With the visa in hand, our deployment process begins. We coordinate travel arrangements through our network of authorized travel agencies, ensuring a smooth transition for candidates to their new workplaces. Our booking system, allows us to secure flights on various international airlines efficiently, supporting candidates from start to finish in their journey.
